Gracefully Refund & Replacement Policy
At Gracefully, we want you to love your jewelry and wear it every day.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
We accept returns on items within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- Jewelry must be unworn and in original condition.
- Items must be returned in original packaging when possible.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original form of payment.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or broken, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Simply email us at hello@shopgracefully.com with:
- Your order number or Name
- A photo of the item
- A brief description of the issue
We will gladly replace the item at no additional cost.

Our jewelry is designed for everyday life - To Be Lived In. While our pieces are made to be durable, sweat proof, water proof and tarnish free jewelry naturally experiences wear over time.
If you experience an issue outside of our return window, please reach out. We review each situation individually and will always do our best to make it right!!
If your jewelry arrives damaged or experiences a manufacturing defect within 90 days of purchase, we will replace it free of charge.

- Final sale items
- Custom or personalized jewelry
